This is an important and exciting week not only because we are having a drive in service, but more so because it is Easter -our Lord’s resurrection. And that means a lot. In fact, our circumstances bring us closer to what the first disciples felt and the hope they found in Jesus’s resurrection.
But in order for us to be together, we have to follow the guidelines for this Sunday. As you pull in, you will receive your communion kit and guidance on where to park. Small cars are asked to park in the front while trucks and SUVs park behind them. You will be asked to tune your radio to listen to the service. Those that are able to give, you will have an opportunity to do so. (There may also be an index card for suggestions that you can drop in the basket.) We will exit in an organized fashion, the front line first which are the sedans and then the 2nd, 3rd, and so forth. Also, we will be using the hymnbook Sacred Selections for the Church and the Aim (AIM) app for our singing. Please download the app before Sunday and if you have the hymnbook, bring that with you as well.
Below are three most important guidelines:
1.) Drive slow and safe as you pull in/out.
2.) Stay in your car.
3.) Tune in your radio.
We look forward to seeing you and in celebrating the foundation of our hope.
